The creative problem
Your ad account burns creative faster than you can make it.
Meta and TikTok exhaust a concept in two or three weeks. CPI climbs, and the fix isn't a smarter audience setup — it's new creative. Most app teams try to feed that with one freelancer shipping four videos a month, or a founder editing at midnight after everyone's gone home.
So you test three concepts when you needed twenty. You find the winner eventually. It just costs you a quarter to get there.
Volume is the mechanism.
Nine reels do four figures. The tenth does 300,000. Nobody can tell you in advance which one it'll be — not us, not a creative strategist, not anyone selling a viral formula. What you can control is how many swings you take and how fast you take them.
That's what a batch is for. 21 concepts, six directions, one week. You post them, you read the numbers, and the winners tell you what the next batch should look like.
How it works
Three steps. One finished batch.

Send us the product
Your app, your positioning, and whatever footage you already have: screen recordings, existing UGC, brand assets. If you have ad account data on what's worked and what died, send that too — it's the most useful thing you can give us. We'll tell you within a day whether there's enough to build on.
Here's the app, the positioning, and the footage we already have.

We build the batch
We write the hooks, pick the formats, and mix six directions so the batch works as a test set instead of one idea repeated 21 times. We pull current formats from what's performing in your category right now, then build around what your app can actually claim.

Consumer brands — retail, hospitality, travel
Reels on a single account routinely range from four figures to six. That spread is the entire argument for volume. Figures recorded at the time of review.
We're new to apps specifically. Our work so far has been consumer brands, which is exactly why the first batch is $199 and refundable instead of a retainer with a contract.
Every batch mixes formats so the feed never reads as one template repeated.

Run one batch before you commit to a cadence. Move up only if the work is good enough to put budget behind.

Before you start.
The edit is human — we write the hook and cut the video. Source footage can be yours (screen recordings, UGC, product clips) or AI-generated if that's what you have or prefer. We'll use whatever you send, as long as you have the rights to it.
Screen recordings and app captures are usually enough — a lot of the highest-performing app creative is exactly that. If you have nothing at all, tell us on the call and we'll say honestly whether we can help or whether you need a shoot first.
Seven days from the day your footage and brief land, not from the day you pay. If we're waiting on assets, the clock hasn't started.
You do, outright, on delivery. Full commercial use including paid ads, no license period, no usage caps. We'll ask permission before showing any of it as our own work, and the answer can be no.
One re-cut pass is included on every batch. If the re-cut still isn't something you'd post, tell us and we refund it in full. The guarantee covers craft and fit — whether the files are usable and feel native to your app. It doesn't cover view counts, which nobody can honestly promise.
Not yet — you'd be among the first. Our work so far has been consumer brands in retail, hospitality and travel, where we've written hooks that pushed a single reel past 300,000 views. Hook writing and edit craft carry across categories. Category instinct is the part you should judge from the pilot rather than take on faith, which is why the pilot costs $199 and is refundable.
Changes inside the concepts we delivered: swapping a hook, retiming an edit, fixing captions, changing a CTA. A different creative direction or a new set of concepts is a new batch, and we'll say so rather than quietly absorb it.
The app, the positioning in a couple of sentences, whatever footage exists, any brand guardrails, and the claims you're legally allowed to make. Ad account data on past creative if you have it. That's the whole intake.
